What this site is
This site describes TurnPulse™, operations software for corporate housing service operators, and lets you request early access. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a guarantee of results, or professional, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
Early access and subscribing
Submitting the early-access form is a request, not a subscription. We decide which requests to accept and when, and we may decline a request without giving a reason. If your request is accepted, your use of the TurnPulse application is governed by the TurnPulse Subscriber Agreement and the Order Form we send you, which state your plan, price, and renewal terms and which you will receive before you start. Prices shown on this site are current as of the date at the top of this page; the Order Form controls if the two differ. A founding rate available to a limited number of first subscribers is a price stated on the Order Form, not a program, and creates no relationship beyond that of software provider and subscriber. Features, pricing, and availability described on this site may change, and screenshots and descriptions show the product as it exists at the time of writing.
Using this site
You may browse this site and submit the form for your own business purposes. You may not submit false information, use the form to send unsolicited messages, scrape or copy the site, or interfere with how it operates.

TURNPULSE and the TurnPulse mark are trademarks of Hines Holdings LLC. SuitePulse is a product of Hines Holdings LLC, sold and supported separately under its own terms. All text, graphics, screenshots, and design on this site are © 2026 Hines Holdings LLC. You may quote short passages for commentary or reference with attribution. Any other reproduction requires written permission. Nothing on this site grants any right to use the TurnPulse name or mark.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lane County, Oregon.
