TurnPulse is a product of Hines Holdings LLC ("TurnPulse," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information this website, turnpulse.io, collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the turnpulse.io website. Information that subscribers enter inside the TurnPulse application at app.turnpulse.io is covered by the TurnPulse Subscriber Agreement and the privacy notice shown inside the application, not by this policy.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit the early-access request form, the details you enter (your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any message) are stored in this website's database, hosted by Wix, and emailed to us. We use them to respond to your request, to talk with you about subscribing, and, if you subscribe, to set up your account. We may keep your details on file so we can let you know when TurnPulse becomes available to your type of operation; every such email will tell you how to stop receiving them. Please do not send confidential information, such as property access details, through the form.
Information collected automatically. This site is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. Like most websites, Wix's servers record standard technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. Wix may set cookies needed to run the site and to measure traffic. We see this information only in aggregate. Wix's own privacy policy governs how Wix handles it: wix.com/about/privacy.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run advertising on this site. We do not share your details with other companies except the service providers that host this site and deliver our email. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

The site uses only the cookies Wix needs to operate and measure the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how the site displays.

How long we keep information
Early-access requests are kept as long as needed to respond, to follow up about availability, and for our ordinary business records. Technical logs are kept by Wix according to its retention practices.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you, by writing to sylvia@turnpulse.io. Residents of some jurisdictions have additional rights under local law, which we will honor as required.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
